Residential Supervisor

Compensation Competitive pay starting at $47,520 a year. With an active NADSP Frontline Supervisor Certification, earn an extra $1.50 to base salary ($3,120 annually). Responsibilities Work 16 hours per week providing on-the-floor support in ratio, with 24 hours per week to complete managerial responsibilities. Provide oversight to one Residential Program, offering on-call and on-the-floor support as needed; availability for evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays. Manage program operations: finances, staff scheduling, conduct monthly meetings. Deliver ongoing support, training, and development to staff in the group home. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma / GED (minimum). At least two years of progressively responsible positions in a community/residential setting supporting people with disabilities, with at least one year supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting. Computer literate and able to learn required functions. Valid driver’s license with a good driving history. Physical Requirements Walking and standing ½ to ¾ of the workday; sitting ¼ to ½. Frequent stooping, bending; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires vision and ability to operate Devereux vehicles. Must perform CPR, First Aid procedures, and Crisis Prevention/Intervention techniques. Must be free of dependency and abuse of illegal substances.
