MRI Technologist

Overview Location: Robbinsdale, MN Job Responsibilities: Perform imaging procedures in a safe and efficient way for all types of patients, including babies, children, adults, and older adults. Conduct imaging exams accurately and use critical thinking when needed. Identify emergency situations and respond appropriately. Keep accurate medical records for patients and ensure their privacy. Use imaging and hospital computer systems properly. Interact with doctors, team members, patients, and their families in a professional manner. Have access to medications that are suitable for your job duties. Take on other tasks as needed to help the organization reach its goals. Show that you have the necessary skills and keep them up to date, including learning new skills when needed. Basic Requirements Education: High school graduate or equivalent - Required; Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program - Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a specific area (like CT, MR, Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology) - Preferred Licensure/Certification: Must be an ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist - Required; Must have current BLS Certification - Required; ACLS certification is only required for the Cath Lab.
