AOI Machine Programmer

AOI Machine Programmer Job Duties:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain AOI inspection programs on Omron VT-S series platforms
- Build and refine AOI programs with minimal production interruption
- Support new product introduction (NPI), first article builds, and ongoing production quality improvements
- Serve as the technical resource for AOI-related issues and program-level troubleshooting
- Other duties as assigned
- Hourly, non-exempt, full-time position
AOI Machine Programmer Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident.
- Minimum 3 years of AOI programming experience in a PCB/SMT manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to read technical drawings, use measuring tools, and possess knowledge of IPC-610 standards.
- Ability to identify common SMT and through-hole solder defects by visual inspection
- Experience reading assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
