Radiology Technologist

Job Summary Seeking a qualified CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) technology. This role involves operating CT scanners, ensuring patient safety, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation. Key Responsibilities Operate CT scanning equipment to obtain cross-sectional images of the body. Position patients accurately and safely for CT examinations. Administer contrast media as prescribed. Monitor patient's condition during the procedure and respond to emergencies. Ensure image quality meets diagnostic standards. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to radiation safety protocols. Document procedures and patient information accurately. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals. Schedule / Shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (12‑hour shifts) Required Qualifications ARRT (CT) certification State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist Skills Proficiency in CT imaging techniques and protocols Knowledge of anatomy and physiology Ability to manage patient care and comfort Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy EMR / Systems Experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) Unit / Specialty Radiology #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel, Inc.
