Responsibilities: • • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their financial goals are met with tailored solutions. • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to identify opportunities for clients to grow their wealth and secure their future. • Collaborate with our dedicated development team to stay updated on the latest financial products and services, enhancing your advisory capabilities. • Guide clients through the process of selecting appropriate insurance and investment products, ensuring they understand the benefits and risks involved. • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your expertise in financial services, staying ahead of industry trends and regulations. • Utilize our advanced CRM tools to manage client interactions effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized communication. • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand your client base and increase brand awareness in the Tulsa area. You’ll also be able to specialize and gain expertise in different areas, such as by becoming a financial advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, our investment advisory division that offers wealth management and advisory services, estate planning strategies, and business solutions. • Human guidance: When you join New York Life, you’re joining a strong team with peer-to-peer support options like study groups, mentorship, and other opportunities to engage with your fellow insurance agents. • How we will compensate you: You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. Individual agent performance will determine their income. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension. Compensation: • $80,000 at plan yearly Compensation: $100,000 at plan yearly
