Sr. E-Discovery Application Engineer - Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace

A prestigious company is looking for a Sr. Application Engineer. This role will focus on production support of e discovery and litigation applications such as Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace. Responsibilities Configure and optimize legal and litigation technology solutions to meet advanced firm requirements Lead the integration of cloud and on premises data sources into SaaS platforms Serve as a senior escalation point, providing Level 3 application support and resolving complex Level 2 issues Partner with vendors to ensure alignment with firm standards, best practices, and efficiency goals Manage system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements in coordination with non IT business partners Ensure all applications comply with security, governance, and compliance standards Create and maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting Act as a subject matter expert for technology initiatives within Litigation Practice Delivery Provide operational support, including participation in a shared on call rotation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of experience in advanced application support, configuration, or innovation focused technical roles Strong expertise with e discovery and litigation technology platforms (e.g., Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace) Experience working with emerging AI and automation technologies Solid understanding of application and data integrations, including APIs, ETL, and data pipelines Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL, Linux environments, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting #J-18808-Ljbffr Request Technology, LLC
