In-House Attorney

New England Property Services Group, LLC is seeking an attorney to provide in-house legal support for the company’s business operations. Responsibilities may include preparing and reviewing legal filings, correspondence, contracts, and business documents; conducting legal research; advising company ownership and staff regarding legal, regulatory, employment, contractual, and operational matters; coordinating with outside professionals; managing deadlines and records; and representing the company in court proceedings, administrative matters, negotiations, and other legal matters when appropriate. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, organization, communication, and case-management skills. Candidates should be capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, exercising sound professional judgment, and handling confidential matters with discretion. Active admission to practice law in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required. Admission to both States is highly preferred. This is primarily an in-office position based in Fall River, Massachusetts. Compensation and the structure of the position will be discussed based upon experience, qualifications, availability, and the anticipated scope of responsibilities.
