Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program. Organizes and maintains program records including, but not limited to attendance records, rosters, etc Manages all equipment. Maintains a clean and risk-free environment. Communicates effectively and timely with program participants and parents. Ensures all children are picked up by a parent. Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person. Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications What You'll Need 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED Minimum 3-5 years prior coaching or instructional experience Training and qualifications in the specialized instruction area Demonstrate ability to develop and teach skills Ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs Obtain and maintain all new hires certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire Work Conditions and Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
