Job Details Location: Austin, Texas, at a healthcare facility with a dedicated Medical Surgical unit. Position: Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Floor (Contract) Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 0 years of nursing experience, and candidates must meet all state licensing and educational requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Hospital experience with a minimum of 3 years nursing experience is preferred. Patient Ratios: 5:1 during day shifts, 6:1 during night shifts. Unit Profile: Number of Beds: 32 Staff: No current staff on site; unit is new Equipment: Bladder Scanner, Vital Sign Machine, Telemetry, Lifts EMR System: Meditech Additional Information: Must have open to feedback attitude and appropriate professional dress code in navy blue scrubs with the facility logo.
