Experience: One year supervisory experience in custodial cleaning of public or private buildings preferred. Basic computer knowledge (word processing and spreadsheets). Physical Requirements: Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly and may be required to carry this weight up and down stairs repeatedly. Responsibilities: Will be required to assist with snow removal. This position is subject to a Veterans preference.
