Senior Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Epic Resolute HB build, support, and enhancement projects.
Configure and maintain billing rules, claim edits, workqueues, payment posting, and remittance processing.
Analyze and optimize revenue cycle workflows.
Support upgrades, integrated testing, incident management, and change control processes.
Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide production support.
Facilitate design sessions, coordinate testing, and mentor junior analysts.
Partner with operational teams to improve billing and reimbursement processes.

Must Have/Required:

5+ years of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) experience.
Strong Epic HB build and configuration experience.
Hands-on expertise with:
Billing Rules
Claim Edits
Workqueues
Charge Review Queues
Payment Posting
Remittance Processing
Financial Class & Payer Configuration
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, UB-04 billing, DRGs, APCs, and revenue codes.
Experience with revenue cycle workflows, claims lifecycle, and reimbursement processes.
Experience leading projects, testing efforts, and workflow optimization initiatives.
Epic Resolute HB Certification preferred. xhyhwjd
