Family Nurse Practitioner FNP

Job Description

The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. This position involves assessing patient health, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing preventive care and education. The FNP collaborates closely with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective care while maintaining accurate health records.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatments
Provide health education and patient counseling
Coordinate care among healthcare providers and specialists
Monitor vital signs and track patient progress
Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in family nursing
