Position: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Location: Everett, WA 98201
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive respiratory care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations in acute care settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical care expertise, advanced ventilator management skills, and experience working in high-acuity environments.

Duties
Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions.

• Administer respiratory medications via aerosol therapy, nebulizers, MDI devices, and advanced delivery systems.
• Perform airway management procedures including intubation assistance, extubation, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and specimen collection.
• Manage oxygen therapy modalities including HFNC, CPAP, BiPAP, trach collar, ET tube, bag-mask ventilation, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
• Operate and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators, including conventional, high-frequency jet, and oscillatory ventilators.
  Requirements
  WA RCP license .
  Minimum 2 year of recent RRT experience .
  Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP Preffered certifications.
  Experience Required: Adult Critical Care, ER, Prefer NICU experience
