About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help residents regain independence, confidence, and quality of life. You'll evaluate needs, create individualized treatment plans, and work closely with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver compassionate, effective care.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for helping others live life to the fullest
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team-based care environment
• Commitment to ethical care and patient confidentiality
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Washington State or Multi-State OT license
• Long-term care experience preferred (6+ months)
