Centralized Service Representative

Providing comprehensive telephone and digital support for patients and provider offices, the full-time Centralized Service Representative will manage scheduling, registration, and patient inquiries while adhering to established protocols in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Accurately create and maintain patient accounts in the electronic health record system Schedule appointments and procedures across multiple service lines, ensuring compliance with protocols Handle and route a high volume of patient calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED Minimum one year of paid customer service work experience Experience in a healthcare setting or call center is preferred Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including electronic medical records and MS Office Ability to perform basic to intermediate math calculations
