In this role, you will work closely with our showroom sales team and our clients to manage multiple interior design project orders from pre order through shipping; ensuring client's receive product when they need it and providing the luxury service experience expected from our brand. You will also help with other showroom operational responsibilities that could include receiving/sending shipments, inventory transfers, processing refunds. Combine your passion for design, luxury products and the sales environment with a customer-centric approach to conducting day to day business in a fast-paced, showroom environment!ResponsibilitiesOwn order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners and external customers.Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.Manage and track all order reporting data.Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements2+ years administrative or project management experience.Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred.Strong organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Rotating weekend flexibility is required, as showroom is open on Saturday.$26 - $28 an hour Plus generous incentive bonus.In preparation for this role, please see the interview plan outlined below:Phone call with Corporate RecruiterVirtual Teams interview with Hiring ManagerOn-site interview with Showroom Manager and team membersWaterworks is committed to promoting pay equity. Licensed to drive preferred. Ability to travel locally or out of state.
