Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in collaborating with teachers, overseeing student activities, and providing personalized assistance with assignments. Essential skills include assisting with attendance, homework collection, and task assignment. Assistant teachers must engage with students during lessons, ensuring understanding and explaining concepts to those who need additional support.
