If youre caring, reliable, and committed to making a difference, wed love to meet you./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ullipAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility./p/lilipSupport residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs./p/lilipProvide comfort, companionship, and respectful interaction throughout the day./p/lilipRespond promptly and kindly to resident requests and call lights./p/li/ulullipTake and record vital signs, weights, and other routine measurements./p/lilipObserve and report changes in resident condition to the nurse./p/lilipMaintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies./p/li/ulullipCollaborate with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure coordinated, high-quality care./p/lilipParticipate in shift handoffs and communicate effectively with coworkers./p/lilipSupport a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work culture./p/li/ulullipMaintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas./p/lilipFollow infection control, safety, and facility protocols./p/lilipSupport survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives./p/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ullipActive CNA certification in the state of Arkansas./p/lilipPrevious long-term care or healthcare experience preferred but not required./p/lilipCompassionate, patient, and committed to excellent resident care./p/lilipReliable, team-oriented, and able to work assigned shift./p/lilipStrong communication and interpersonal skills./p/li/ul/div
