Responsibilities As an associate attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal services and representation to clients navigating the complex field of immigration law. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with various immigration matters. Conducting legal research. Preparing legal documents. Representing clients in immigration proceedings.Working closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals seeking immigration‑related assistance. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Excellent research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Prior experience in immigration law, either through internships, clinical work, or previous employment, is preferred. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain client confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Fluency in a foreign language is desired (but not required). Compensation and Benefits Salary: $110,000 - $125,000, based on experience. Health, dental, and vision insurance options.
