Position Overview

As a Remote Client Representative , you'll work directly with clients through virtual appointments, providing education, support, and guidance regarding available benefits and coverage options while building lasting client relationships.

No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations

• Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options

• Assist with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service requests

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity

• Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up communication

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching

• Develop communication, leadership, and client service skills

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
