Clinical Nurse Coordinator (LPN or RN)

Evans Medical Group is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and highly organized Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for a licensed LPN or RN   who is passionate about supporting staff, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional patient care in a busy primary care practice.

While previous management experience is preferred, it is not required. We are committed to developing the right candidate and welcome applicants who demonstrate strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·       Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure efficient workflow

·       Assist nursing staff and provide clinical support/coverage as needed

·       Maintain and mange VFC (Vaccines for Children) program and accreditation

·        requirements

·       Lead and Facilitate staff meetings and clinical education

·       Train, mentor, support new employees

·       Schedule and supervise nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage

·       Collaborate with management team to improve office operations and patient care

·       Conduct annual employee evaluations

·       Participate in hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions and performance management while maintaining appropriate documentation

·       Remain calm and act effectively in emergency situations

·       Help provide clinical coverage when needed if employees are out/short staff (may have to work on day off)

Qualifications:

·       Current LPN or RN License

·       Strong leadership and organization skills

·       Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office
