JOB SUMMARYThis position is part of ONEOK's Innovative Solutions and Optimization group and serves as a Business Process Professional supporting the Asset Integrity organization. The role partners closely with Asset Integrity stakeholders to understand processes, compliance requirements, and technology needs while identifying opportunities to streamline work, improve data quality, and enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong project development and project management experience, exceptional collaboration and facilitation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through process optimization and technology enablement. The successful candidate must be comfortable engaging with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization, effectively communicating ideas, building alignment, and influencing decisions across diverse stakeholder groups.Success in this role requires the ability to quickly understand business processes, data relationships, and system interactions while building alignment across a broad range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will work with Asset Integrity, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and Technology teams to develop business cases, generate organizational buy-in, and provide direction on process and technology solutions that support integrity management objectives. A strong understanding of Asset Integrity activities and compliance implications, combined with a structured, step-by-step approach to problem solving, will be critical to delivering scalable solutions and measurable business value. This role helps ensure Asset Integrity processes, technologies, and data are aligned to support safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operations while advancing ONEOK's continuous improvement objectives. The position regularly interacts with frontline employees, technical subject matter experts, managers, and senior leaders, requiring strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills to drive successful outcomes.Job Profile SummaryServe in a lead role capacity for all Business Process Optimization functions (BPO) including project management, business process mapping and review, product backlog management and business intelligence/data governance initiatives. Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesImplement process or technology improvement opportunities by managing and prioritizing BPO projects including but not limited to:collaborate with project sponsors and project teams to define scopedevelop project schedulesgather business requirementsestablish project team roles and responsibilitiesmonitor progress and hold project team accountable for delivery of tasksdevelop and execute project communication plansWork with complex and/or cross-functional project teams.Manage backlog of projects. Experience defining and implementing project requirements, testing, training and resolving issues to ensure successful delivery. Experience interacting, advising, training, influencing and communicating effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
