Other duties may be assigned.Follow safety requirements within the department.Access and understand daily and weekly schedules.Find, read and follow work instructions displayed electronically (iPad).Inspect machined part.Correctly use all precision measuring instruments to verify part integrity.Correctly load and unload parts.Set and manage tools including knowledge of tool life and tool wear.Make any machine adjustment to maintain part integrity.Restart the machines at the required place in the operation.Set-up machines and produce good parts when given programs, fixtures and a tool list.Train Operators to run the machines and produce good parts upon completion of a set-up.Troubleshoot some technical issues.Maintain machines (oils, coolant, filters, and cleanliness).Must be able to operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle stacker lift.Employees must report any damage to a supervisor or manager.Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc.Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervised EmployeesThis job does not have any supervisory activities.0QualificationsTo perform this job successfully the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty adequately.
