Position: Industrial Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator
Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift: 1st shift, 4am-4:30pm / 2nd shift, 2:30pm-3pm
Location: Joliet, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Industrial Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $23.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Safely operate large-capacity forklifts (15,000+ lbs.) in a steel manufacturing setting
Load, unload, and stage steel coils, plates, structural steel, tubing, and pipe
Transport raw materials and finished products within the facility
Perform daily equipment inspections and verify load stability
Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years heavy forklift experience, preferably with steel products
Ability to read work orders and shipping documents
Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
Reliable attendance with flexibility for overtime
Knowledge of OSHA standards and load handling best practices

Skills

Heavy equipment operation and safety compliance
Load securement and inventory management
Steel industry knowledge and material handling
Equipment inspection and warehouse organization
High attention to safety and efficiency
