Job Title: Inspector/Packer Job Description

The Inspector/Packer plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of manufactured products by inspecting for defects, packaging finished goods, and preparing products for shipment, all while adhering to company quality and safety standards.

• Conduct visual inspections of products to identify quality defects and ensure customer specifications are met.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Prepare and verify packing materials, labels, and finished products for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain quality and production records in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Communicate quality or production issues to supervisors and shift personnel.
• Sort and handle nonconforming products as directed by management.
• Operate assembly and packaging equipment as required.
• Follow all plant safety rules and help identify workplace hazards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with company policies.
• Attend work regularly and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts as required.

• Manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or quality-control experience is beneficial.
• Experience with production, inventory, RF scanners, loading, material handling, plastic picking, and general labor.

This is a Contract position based out of Hebron, KY.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Hebron,KY.
