Lead Financial Advisor

Vaco is partnering with a growing financial planning firm in the Waukesha area to hire a Financial Advisor. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys relationship-based advising, comprehensive planning, and working with an established book of business—no cold calling required. What You’ll Be Handling: Develop, present, and implement customized financial plans for clients Provide comprehensive advice across investments, retirement, insurance, annuities, and long-term care strategies Participate in firm-hosted workshops, seminars, and client presentations Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and planning Manage and grow an existing book of business provided by the firm Tools & Systems: CRM: Salesforce Google Workspace Mac-based environment What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required Active Series 65 or Series 66 and 7 Active Life and Health insurance license What You Get: Established book of prospects provided Competitive base compensation plus commission structure Additional bonus opportunities Supportive, collaborative leadership team Modern office environment with complimentary food and amenities Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
