Salary: $94,000 - 134,000 per year Requirements:

Excellent relationship-building, leadership, and client-management skills
Deep understanding of project management tools and approaches for managing complex projects
Creativity and flexibility in carrying out the role

Responsibilities:

Manage IT projects from initiation through closure
Plan, direct, and coordinate assigned projects to meet goals and objectives within established timelines and requirements
Coordinate project completion on time, within budget, and within scope
Oversee project activities, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress
Prepare project status reports for the portfolio and senior management
Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables remain within scope and budget
Lead and direct the work of others

We are seeking an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master for the Nebraska Department of Transportations Business Technology Support Division. The role joins our Information Technology Project Portfolio Management Office team and reports to the Lead IT Project Manager. This is an onsite position in Lincoln, Nebraska, for an initial term of 12 or more months.
