This Technician will be responsible for sites in Clovis, NM and the surrounding area. Applicants should live in the area or be able to relocate at the time of hire. This role supports network operations by applying technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability. It involves providing technical assistance, managing smaller projects, and contributing to operational process improvements. The role requires understanding of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services. Success is measured by effective technical support, timely project updates, and identification of process enhancements. The work directly impacts network stability and service quality for organizational and customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)
• 2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance. (Preferred)
• 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience. (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $62,142 - $112,089 National Base Pay Range: $27.16 - $48.99

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
