Responsibilities Collect data from approved sources including text, images, audio, video, and other digital content based on specific project requirements and guidelines Review, organize, categorize, and label datasets according to established protocols to ensure proper structure and usability for AI/ML model training Verify data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and quality before submission, ensuring all collected data meets project standards Identify and flag duplicate, incomplete, irrelevant, or incorrectly formatted data and report discrepancies to supervisors for resolution Enter and maintain data using designated tools, platforms, and spreadsheets while ensuring proper documentation and version control Support data annotation, classification, transcription, and validation tasks when required to meet project objectives Meet assigned daily or weekly productivity targets while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and project timelines Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve data-related issues and provide regular progress updates on task completion Follow data collection protocols, project instructions, and confidentiality requirements to ensure data security and compliance with privacy standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer skills including internet browsing, data entry, and spreadsheet usage Strong attention to detail with ability to identify errors and inconsistencies Good reading comprehension and ability to follow written instructions accurately Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data security Skills Tools/Platforms Survey and Data Collection Tools Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Common Methodologies/Frameworks Data Validation Quality Assurance Procedures Data Annotation & Labeling Soft Skills Attention to Detail Time Management Accuracy Motivation Education & Experience Experience 1+ Years Additional Requirements Technological Requirements Either Mac or Windows Language English City/Province/Country Makati, National Capital Region (Metro Manila), Philippines Working Hours Flexible working hours 1840 & Company
