Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Virginia
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Comprehensive background checks, health screenings, and immunization records required
