Human Resources Generalist

Our client is an organization in the Dane County area that’s looking for a HR Generalist Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, organized, and who has exceptional communication skills. This company offers a progressive team, an inclusive workplace culture, and flexibility. This position is onsite. The salary for this position is $65k - $85k. RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for hourly manufacturing roles Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth new hire experience Administer payroll and benefits-related processes while serving as a resource for employee questions Act as a day-to-day HR point of contact for employees and leaders across the organization Support HR operations and maintain accurate employee information within the HRIS system Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within HR systems and workflows Support talent development and retention strategies to strengthen organizational effectiveness The HR Generalist will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3+ years of HR experience required Associate’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree Experience with benefits, onboarding, and general HR operations Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience working within an HRIS system and improving processes and efficiencies Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
