Must have valid In state Drivers License and High School Disploma/GEDWhat You’ll Do: Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the campus, students, staff, and visitors Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities and grounds Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns Enforce center policies and procedures to promote a secure environment Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and observations Collaborate with staff and leadership to support a positive student experience We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:Alert, dependable, and professionalCalm and confident in high-pressure situationsSkilled in communication and conflict resolutionDetail-oriented with strong observational skillsCommitted to maintaining a safe and respectful environmentWhy Join Glenmont Job Corps?At Glenmont Job Corps, safety is at the heart of student success.
