Tax Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Lead tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to provide proactive tax planning and advisory services.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and seniors.
- Drive utilization and optimization of CCH Axcess Tax software, including workflow, document management, and cloud-based features.
- Champion the use of innovative technology solutions across the tax function, including AI-enabled tools, data analytics, and automation platforms.
- Stay current with changes in tax law and best practices in tax technology.
- CPA license required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of public accounting tax experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong experience with CCH Axcess and its ecosystem (Workbench, Document, Engagement, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-savvy, collaborative environment.
- In-person preferred, with hybrid/remote flexibility for the right candidate.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
