Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and instruments using hand and power tools

• Perform hand soldering and rework on assemblies

• Work under microscopes on detailed assembly tasks

• Inspect products using measuring tools and test equipment

• Perform testing, calibration, and troubleshooting

• Read blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions

• Enter production and quality data into SAP and other systems

• Follow detailed quality and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ years of assembly and soldering experience

• Experience with hand tools and electric tools

• Any soldering preferred, not required

• Ability to work with small parts and detailed assemblies

• Experience reading work instructions, schematics, or blueprints

• Basic computer skills and data entry experience

• Microscope experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and quality

Work Environment

• Clean and organized manufacturing facility

• Cleanroom and non-cleanroom work areas

• Smock required throughout the facility

• Bench and workstation assembly environment

• Work with microscopes, measuring devices, and testing equipment

• Collaborative team culture focused on quality and safety

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shoreview, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
