About the Role:

Walter Pine LLC is looking for a creative and passionate Part-Time Florist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring beauty to life through stunning floral arrangements while working in a collaborative and inspiring environment. If you have a love for flowers and an eye for design, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for a variety of occasions including events, weddings, and everyday orders

Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and add-ons to meet their needs

Receive, process, and properly store fresh flower inventory to maintain quality

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor and workspace

Process customer orders accurately, including in-store, phone, and online requests

Monitor and replenish floral supplies and materials as needed

Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships

Requirements:

Prior experience in floral design or a related creative field preferred

Strong eye for color, composition, and Walter Pine floral design aesthetics

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift floral supplies as needed

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Knowledge of flower care, handling, and seasonal availability is a plus
