Role Summary: Drive user-centered analysis by leading journey mapping, workshops, and requirements discovery to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user journey mapping to identify workflows, pain points, and opportunities
• Facilitate workshops/interviews to gather and prioritize requirements
• Translate needs into user stories, process flows, and clear documentation
• Align business and tech teams to ensure delivery clarity and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
• Strong in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
• Skilled in process mapping and user journey frameworks

Comfortable working in Agile environments
