Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our team in supporting residents within our senior living communities. This position is based on-site and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess residents' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility, balance, and overall functional independence.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Educate residents and their families on safety measures and fall prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Valid Physical Therapy license.
- Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
This role is performed in a senior living community, where you will engage directly with residents and staff in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
