Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated professional like you to join their team and make a difference in the lives of patients from pediatric to geriatric.

In this role, you'll work under the supervision of the Technical Director of Respiratory Therapy, setting up and operating various respiratory care equipment to diagnose and treat respiratory diseases and illnesses. You will function independently, managing invasive and non-invasive ventilation, drawing ABGs, and assisting with intubations. Your expertise will be crucial in a critical access hospital setting, where you will face varying degrees of challenges in patient care areas.

• Operate and manage respiratory care equipment for patient diagnosis and treatment
• Perform airway management, including assisting with intubations
• Conduct Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) and manage various PAP modalities
• Work independently with invasive/non-invasive ventilation
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for patient documentation
• Adhere to a business casual dress code or wear personal scrubs of any color

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• NBRC certification required
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active RRT Certification through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Vermont RRT License
• Experience with Cerner EMR system
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• Willingness to learn new skills such as home sleep testing and Pulmonary Rehab
