Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated production supervisor to lead and coordinate daily production schedules, ensuring quality and output goals are met while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Supervise team and coordinate daily production schedules to meet quality and output goals. Monitor employee performance, address underperformance, and resolve workplace disputes constructively. Ensure all team members comply with safety regulations and use required PPE at all times. Manage workforce assignments, resolve bottlenecks to keep production on track. Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed. Create new or edit existing operating procedures. Maintain progressive knowledge of operating processes, procedures and the proper use of all equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including QA, Safety, Engineering, Logistics and Maintenance. Foster a positive and cooperative team environment by addressing conflict and promoting collaboration. Comply with all NOV Quality, HSE and all other Company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area; utilize safe work habits. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. Job Requirements Ability to work 24/7, 7:00am-7:00pm, on a two-week rotating schedule, with overtime required. Superior interpersonal and communication skills. Detail oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. Stand/Walk/Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily. Bend/stoop/sit up to 12 hours daily. Perform repetitive movements up to 12 hours daily. Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Forklift certification or ability to obtain it immediately. Ability to read labels on pipe along with specs on paper, and read pressure gauges. Adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties. Multi-task in a fast paced environment. Work in a factory environment including high noise, vibration, fumes, dust, odors. Work inside and outside with extreme temperature conditions. Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided. Travel less than 10%. Education & Experience Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Proven experience managing medium to large teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven operation. Ability to read, write and speak English. Bilingual preferred. Technical Competencies Adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required. Work in a fast-paced environment.
