About the Role:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide a range of services to our clients, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Managing medication and medical equipment

• Preparing meals and snacks

• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings

• Providing emotional support and companionship

• Maintaining a safe and clean living environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's unique needs and preferences

• Work closely with clients and families to create personalized care plans

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including those with physical disabilities, brain injury, or chronic illness

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and services provided
