Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities: Provide daily direction to department associates and manage merchandising, inventory, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service activities; Ensure compliance with ATF, state and local laws and company policies including firearm forms 4473, 3310; Lead firearm safe handling training and customer experience standards within the firearms department; Staff department, conduct interviews, train, prepare schedules, and evaluate performance; resolve issues with GSM/DM and HR; Achieve departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage, and payroll goals; maintain pricing and plan-o-grams
