Onsite Coordinator

Randstad, the largest staffing firm in the world, is looking for a Site Coordinator to join our Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) team in Holland, MI. You will be the key link between our talent and our client’s operational goals, ensuring every process runs smoothly and remains compliant. Position Details:

• Pay: $25 – $30 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time (25–30 hours per week)
• Shift: Must be flexible to work between 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

- Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements 

- Participating in hiring process by processing applications and interviews

- Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts

- Maintaining talent records

-Coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations

-Building and maintaining working relationship with external stakeholders

- Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Site Manager
