Apply today by calling View phone number on click.appcast.io.Responsibilities:• Lead the preparation of operating budgets and financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.• Manage monthly and annual closing activities, ensuring financial results are accurate, timely, and well-documented.• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and statements that provide insight into organizational performance.• Oversee daily accounting functions across accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and the general ledger.• Coordinate with external vendors to address billing matters, payment issues, and account-related questions.• Perform and review bank reconciliations to confirm accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.• Supervise and support accounting staff, setting priorities and promoting accountability within the team.• Assist with audit preparation and maintain financial records in compliance with internal standards and reporting requirements.
