Commercial Escrow Officer An excellent agency is hiring a COMMERCIAL ESCROW OFFICER to effectively manage commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities Establish new escrow accounts Manage funds Process documents for closings Complete settlement in accordance with established policies and procedures Act as a neutral liaison between parties, adheres to company policy, exercises independent judgment and possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently handle any situation which may arise during the escrow process.
