Responsibilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Purchasing online and over the phone

• Recording purchases and all associated paperwork

• Following up on status of purchases

• Coordinating deliveries

• Accounts payable

• Accounts receivable

• Bookkeeping

• Receiving packages

• Preparing domestic and international shipments and associated documents

• Greeting visitors

• Filing

• Distributing incoming mail

• Keeping up-to-date inventory of supplies

• Providing and distributing time cards

• Coordinating annual company parties

• Assisting in any administrative duties

• Self-motivated time management and prioritization

• Able to lift between 25-50 lbs
