Job Details Job Location: BATON ROUGE, LA 70808 Job Purpose: The Barback at ROCK-N-SAKE plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-paced restaurant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work your way up within our establishment, as we strongly believe in cross-training and promoting from within. The Barback will support the bar staff by maintaining stock levels, preparing garnishes, refilling glasses, washing glassware, and assisting in running food and drinks as needed. Your contribution will be essential to the bar's success, particularly during busy shifts. Key Responsibilities: Assist in stocking the bar with necessary supplies and ingredients. Prepare garnishes for drinks to ensure efficient service. Refill glasses and maintain cleanliness of the bar area. Wash glassware promptly to ensure availability for service. Run food and drinks to customers as needed to support the waitstaff. Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth operations during peak times. Uphold the company’s standards for service and cleanliness. Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand skills and knowledge.
