As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Requirements:

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
