We're hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our Fayetteville, NC location. If you're a hands-on leader with warehouse or logistics experience, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assigns receiving, storage packaging support and shipping tasks to assigned warehouse personnel
• Ensures forklift operators and other personnel perform operator maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Reports equipment and facility repair needs to the warehouse manager.
• Trains new employees to perform assigned tasks.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve productions goals.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree (A.A.) preferred
• 3–5 years of warehouse or supervisory experience (or equivalent education/experience)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
