Member Support Specialist

Providing empathetic support to members, the full-time Member Support Specialist will manage inbound interactions across chat, phone, and email channels, resolving questions and technical issues related to the RecoveryOne platform while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound member interactions with warmth and professionalism across multiple communication channels Resolve technical issues and member inquiries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction scores Document member interactions accurately in ZenDesk and prioritize urgent situations to adhere to service level agreements Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in customer support, member services, or a related frontline role Familiarity with ZenDesk, RingCentral, or similar CRM and communication platforms Understanding of HIPAA guidelines or willingness to learn and comply Strong attention to detail in documentation and ticket management Genuine empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset
