WHAT YOU’LL DO (THE FUN PART):

Lead structural design for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings across South Florida’s coastal environment Stamp drawings, guide design teams, and push projects from concept through construction Perform advanced structural analysis for concrete, steel, masonry, and specialty systems Oversee junior engineers, mentor technical staff, and elevate team standards Collaborate directly with architects, developers, and contractors who expect excellence Conduct site visits, solve field challenges, and ensure structures thrive under Florida codes + coastal loads

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (THE NON-NEGOTIABLES):

Florida P.E. (S.E. a bonus) 8–15+ years of building design experience Deep knowledge of FBC, high-wind design, and coastal construction Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate teams, and communicate with clients Someone who can think on their feet and deliver solutions — not excuses
